If you have sent your tokens to an incorrect address, or one which does not belong to qTrade, we are unable to provide you any further assistance. If possible, we recommend you contact the relevant parties, such as the owner of the address or exchange/platform which the address belongs to.
Please note that some currencies may lack address checksums, which means a typo will result in an invalid address, or an address qTrade does not control. Due to this risk we strongly discourage typing addresses in manually. Directly copy and pasting any addresses and double checking that the address is correct before sending funds is the best way to prevent typo issues.
