Submitting Basic Identity

1. Navigate to the Verification page

The verification page can be found under under account settings in the top right navigation menu. 

2. Click the 'Verify' button

Once on the verification page click verify next to 'Basic Identity.'

3. Enter your personal information

This will prompt you to enter the following personal information:

Once you have entered all the requested personal info click Submit at the bottom of the window.  After that you need to certify that the information provided is correct.  If all the information is correct click I CERTIFY THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT.
