1. Check spam folders
Email might be placed into spam folders or other filters automatically, so make sure you've checked those folder. In some cases email providers may block or delay automated emails. If you've previously received emails from us but now they aren't arriving this may be the cause.
2. Whitelist our email address
We recommend whitelisting our email address (support@qtrade.io) with your email provider, waiting for 30 minutes, and then resending the email.
