I've lost access to my 2FA device

Recover from a backup

If you have printed off an image of the QR code, you can use a new device to scan that code in using an authenticator app, such as Authy or Google Authenticator

If you did not print off the QR code, but have the Secret written down, you can manually enter this in most authenticator apps

Contact support to remove 2FA

If you are unable to recover your 2FA device or backup please reach out to us via a support ticket for further assistance.  You can submit a support ticket by following the instructions found here, or via the Support link at the bottom of qTrade.io home page

Before contacting support, please collect any information you might need to help prove your identity, such as

• Government ID documents
• Deposit/Withdraw IDs and qTrade deposit addresses
