1. Confirm the time on your device is correct
Errors with 2FA are most commonly caused by the time on the device being incorrect. Your device time may be desynced if it does not have an internet or data connection. When device time is incorrect the temporary code that is generated is also incorrect.
Once you've confirmed your device is connected, make sure the device you're using for 2FA has recently sync'd the current time from the internet and try the 2FA code again
2. Try using codes just before they expire
Sometimes there may be a second or two of time variance, even if your device has the correct time. If you wait until just before a code expires before submitting it you may be able to resolve this issue
3. Submit a support ticket
If you are sure the time on the device is correct and you are still having issues please submit a support ticket and provide as much information about the error you are getting and what methods you have tried.
